PFC, US Army, sentence set aside on appeal; sentence reduced by 13 years at sentence rehearing

Specialist, US Army, convicted of carnal knowledge, paroled on first eligibility

Specialist, US Army, convicted of introducing 40,000 hits of ecstasy onto an overseas military installation, paroled on first eligibility

Private, US Army, other than honorable discharge upgraded to general discharge

Private, US Army, undesirable discharge upgraded to honorable discharge
